If your hearing aids need some attention, whether they require a professional multi-point inspection and clean, or they need some form of repair, our hearing aid service center will be able to help. Covering all makes and models with Monday to Friday walk-in appointments available, you’ll always have our team on hand to help whenever you need them.

Proper PPE and constant cleaning of our office is the # 1 priority. Our entire staff wears masks all day long and constantly cleans each chair, door, and nook and cranny to protect our patients, staff, and providers from the elements. We also have a cleaning crew cleaning the office every night to ensure that you’re always entering a safe and sterile environment.

With our own CBO for insurance, there is nobody telling us what to do or delays, as we have full control of processing claims. This means that we can check your insurance benefits on your behalf and help you to maximize them and step into better hearing while reducing your out-of-pocket expense.

Ascent Audiology’s innovative hearing care allows you to speak with a one of our hearing experts for help and advice without having to visit us in person.
We call this service “Tele Audiology” and it means you get to speak to an audiologist/provider { face -to -face } using the latest video calling technology. Also, if you own a pair of the latest and most advanced prescription hearing aids, our team is able to service, program, and fine tune your hearing aids remotely, too.

By partnering with local charities that are near and dear to our hearts, we love supporting other local small businesses. We also provide a “buy back” program for our patients who upgrade their hearing aids with all trade-in technology being refurbished and donated to those in our community that do not have access to better hearing.

Our founder has a 75-80% hearing loss in both ears and has worn hearing aids since 1977, and two of our providers wear hearing aids to help resolve their tinnitus issues.

If there were 20 stars I would give them all of those!!! I can’t say enough about the wonderful service and product that they carry. I had purchased some hearing aids from Costco that were prescribed incorrectly for me. I went in and they gave me a hearing test and some new hearing aids that absolutely blew me away! I could hear things I had never heard before! I could hear conversations around me. I could hear the television set and choose to read the close caption or not! Quality is worth a visit to Ascent!!
