To keep both our patients and providers safe, we have gone digital as well! We have adopted a new program called “Tele Audiology” where our patients can meet with our providers entirely remotely, via video chat.

Not only is this new way of having appointments safer, but it is also extremely convenient!

Scheduling an Appointment

If you’re an existing patient, you can give us a call and schedule a “‘Tele Audiology”’ appointment with your provider. However, if you’re a new patient and would like to speak to an expert ahead of your appointment, then we have introduced “‘Initial Tele Audiology Appointments.”’.

This allows you to talk to a hearing care expert for a 15-minute online appointment to discuss the challenges you or a loved one faces and receive their support, guidance, and professional help, free of charge.

For many, this is the ideal first step to address the unknowns, common myths, and misconceptions.

To schedule your initial Tele Audiology appointment, just complete the form on this page and a member of our team will call you shortly to arrange a convenient date/time. We’ll then send you the call details ahead of time and help you get set-up and ready for your appointment.

During Your Appointment

During your appointment, our providers can do everything they would do during an in-person appointment, just without the face-to-face interaction.

They can adjust treatment plans, troubleshoot hearing aid issues, offer invaluable advice, and much more. If you are worried that a Tele audiology appointment will not be as productive or useful as an in-person appointment, please don’t be.

We have worked tirelessly to ensure this virtual program is the best it can be because our patients’ satisfaction is our number one priority. Also, our patients’ health and safety during this time are of paramount importance, which we believe that this new program will also be helping to protect.

Born and raised in Western New York, Dan Hewson comes to our practice with over 19 years of experience in the field. With a master’s degree in audiology from SUNY Fredonia, Mr. Hewson has extensive experience working in several of the largest Otolaryngology practices in the country, and also as a Regional Manager with Siemens Medical Audiology Division. Father, husband, and full-time employee with us, Dan is currently a student working to earn his doctorate in audiology; it should be completed by 2018.
